👨‍⚖️ J6 Praying Grandma Hit With The Largest Misdemeanor Fine In American History Of $103,000 For Simply Praying In The Capitol!!

Many of my followers remember my earlier coverage of and call for help for the 72 year old "J6 Praying Grandma," Rebecca Lavrenz, who was wrongfully convicted by a DC jury of four misdemeanor counts for merely praying for the country on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol. Well, she was just sentenced yesterday and you are going to be outraged. While she avoided jail time, Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui sentenced her to 6 months home detention and FINED HER $103,000!!

I believe this is the largest fine for misdemeanors in American history. It is clearly designed to financially destroy her and her family, and to prevent her from being able to appeal.

In addition, Judge Faruqui (who is the first Islamic federal magistrate judge) ordered the Christian great-grandmother to NOT ACCESS THE INTERNET IN ANY WAY OR USE E-MAIL DURING THE 6-MONTH HOME CONFINEMENT.

This is clearly unconstitutional and is election interference designed to prevent her from speaking her mind to the American People about the 2024 election. It is also designed to hinder her ability to fundraise to help pay the fine and to be able to appeal.

Judge Faruqui has been serving as a federal magistrate judge for the District of Columbia since September 2020. Prior to his appointment, he was a federal prosecutor, first in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri and then in the District of Columbia. In his twelve years of federal service as an AUSA, he prosecuted criminal cases, serving as the lead prosecutor for crimes involving terrorists’ use of cryptocurrency, nuclear weapons proliferation, darknet sites dedicated to child exploitation, and antiquities theft. Judge Faruqui also worked at a corporate law firm where he focused on government investigations and commercial litigation. Judge Faruqui is a board member for Jobs for Homeless People.
