እ.አ.አ በ2014 ዓ.ም ላይ እነ ጠቅላይ ሚንስትር መለስ ዜናዊን እና በሊቢያ የተገደሉትን ኢትዮጵያውያን ሰማዕታትን ያስገደላቸው ፕሬዝዳንት ባራክ ሁሴን ኦባማ ዶ/ር ዲቦራ ቢርክስን በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ኤችአይቪ/ኤድስን ለመፍታት የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ መንግስት እንቅስቃሴዎች አስተባባሪ አድርጎ ሾሟት ነበር። ዶ/ር ቢርክስ በአፍሪካ 'የሕክምና' ቤተ ሙከራዎች እንዲስፋፉ አስተዋጽኦ ያበረከቱ አምባሳደር ናቸው። ኦባማ እንደሆን የአፍሪካ ሕዝቦች እና የአፍሪካ ጠላት ነው። ለመሆኑ ቤተ ሙከራዎቹ ምን ዓይነት ተልዕኮ ይኖራቸው ይሆን?
