• የአለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ መብት መስፈርቶችን በጠበቀ መልኩ ሃሳብን በነጻነት የመግለጽ፣ የመሰብሰብ እና ሰላማዊ ሰልፍን የሚጠብቁ ህጎችን በአስቸኳይ ማሻሻል እና ማስፈጸም። ይህ በፀረ-ሽብርተኝነት አዋጁ እና በሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ውስጥ ያሉ ገዳቢ ድንጋጌዎችን ማስወገድን ይጨምራል

(CSO) ተቃውሞን ለማፈን እና የሲቪክ ቦታን ለመገደብ ጥቅም ላይ የዋለ አዋጅ።

• የህግ አስከባሪ አካላት እና የጸጥታ ሀይሎች የሚዲያ ባለሙያዎች፣ የሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች እና የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ተዋናዮች በዘፈቀደ እስራት፣ እገታ እና ወከባ እንዲያቆሙ ለማድረግ አፋጣኝ እና ወሳኝ እርምጃ ይውሰዱ።

• ወዲያውኑ ወደነበረበት ይመልሱ እና ቀጣይነት ያለው ያልተቋረጠ የኢንተርኔት/በይነመረብ መዳረሻ በመላ አገሪቱ ዋስትና ይስጡ። የህዝብን መረጃ የማግኘት እና ሃሳብን በነጻነት የመግለጽ መብት የሚጥስ በመሆኑ የኢንተርኔት መዘጋት መረጃን ለመቆጣጠር ወይም ተቃውሞን ለማፈን እንደ መሳሪያ ማሰማራት ይቁም።

• በሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች ላይ ከስምምነት አካል ስልቶች ጋር በሰብአዊ መብት ጉዳዮች ላይ በሚሳተፉ የሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች ላይ የሚደርሰውን የበቀል እርምጃ ያቁሙ። በአለም አቀፍ ህግ ለወንጀል ተጠያቂነት ይስፈን።

• ከ2020 መጨረሻ ጀምሮ በሁሉም የትጥቅ ግጭቶች ውስጥ የተሳተፉ አካላት - በኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ መከላከያ ሰራዊት እና አጋር ሃይሎች እና የትግራይ ሃይሎች የተፈጸሙ ወንጀሎች ሙሉ በሙሉ ተጣርተው ለፍርድ እንዲቀርቡ በማድረግ የአለም አቀፍ ህግ ጥሰቶችን መርምሮ ለህግ ማቅረብ። እና የሞት ቅጣት ሳይቀጣ ወደ ሲቪል ፍርድ ቤት አቅርቧል።

• የጦር ወንጀሎችን እና በሰብአዊነት ላይ የሚፈጸሙ ወንጀሎችን ጨምሮ በከባድ የመብት ጥሰቶች የተሳተፉ የሲቪል ባለስልጣናትን ከስራ ማገድ እና ተጠያቂዎቹ በህግ እንዲጠየቁ ማድረግ።

• ከባድ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት እና የአለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ ህግ ጥሰትን ጨምሮ ለከባድ አለም አቀፍ ወንጀሎች ምህረትን ከመስጠት መቆጠብ።

• በመካሄድ ላይ ያለውን የሽግግር ፍትህ ፖሊሲ ከተጠያቂነት፣ ፍትህ፣ ካሳ እና ያለመድገም ዋስትናዎችን ለማረጋገጥ ከኢትዮጵያ አለም አቀፍ የህግ ግዴታዎች ጋር ማጣጣም።

🛑 ከግጭት ጋር የተያያዘ ወሲባዊ ጥቃት

• ለኢትዮጵያ የታጠቁ እና የጸጥታ ሃይሎች ጾታዊ ጥቃትን የሚከለክል አፋጣኝ እና ህዝባዊ ትዕዛዝ አውጡ።

• የኤርትራ መከላከያ ሰራዊት በኢትዮጵያ ላሉ ወታደሮች ከግጭት ጋር የተያያዘ ጾታዊ ጥቃትን የሚከለክል ትእዛዝ በይፋ መስጠቱን ያረጋግጡ።

• ኢህአዲግ በትግራይ የሚፈጽመውን የአስገድዶ መድፈር፣ የወሲብ ባርነት እና ሌሎች የፆታ ጥቃትን በሚመለከት ከኢ.ዲ.ኤፍ እና ከሚመለከታቸው የኤርትራ ባለስልጣናት ሙሉ ትብብርን ማረጋገጥ።

• ከ2020 ጀምሮ በ ENDF እና ሌሎች ሀይሎች የተፈጸሙ ጾታዊ ጥቃቶችን በተመለከተ ፈጣን፣ ውጤታማ፣ ገለልተኛ፣ ገለልተኛ እና ግልጽ የሆኑ ምርመራዎችን ያረጋግጡ።

• ከግጭት ጋር በተያያዙ ጾታዊ ጥቃቶች የተረፉ የጾታ እና የስነ ተዋልዶ ጤና አጠባበቅ አገልግሎቶችን ቅድሚያ ማግኘትን ማረጋገጥ።

💭 ይህንን መረጃ ሰብስበን ለፍትሕ እና ተጠያቂነት ሌት ተቀን መጮኽ እና መታገል ያለብን እኛ ኢትዮጵያውያን መሆን ነበረበን። አለመታደል ሆኖ ድርጅቶቹ፣ ቡድኖቹ፣ ፓርቲዎቹ፣ ሜዲያዎቹና ልሂቃኑ ሁሉ የኢትዮጵያውያነት ስብዕናን ያጡ እና ሉሲፈራውያኑን ለማገልገል የተቀመጡ በመሆናቸው ለእውነት፣ ለፍትሕ እና ለተጠያቂነት ሲሠሩ፣ ሲታገሉና ሲኖሩ በጭራሽ አይታዩም። ይህ ሁሉ ግፍ እና በደል ተፈጽሞበት ያለ ፍትሕ እና ተጠያቂነት የሚጓዝ ተበዳይ ደግሞ መጭውን ትውልድ/ልጆቹን ለሌላ ጀነሳይድ አሳልፎ እየሰጠ ነው ማለት ነው።

ላለፉት መቶ ሰላሳ ዓመታት ብቻ እንኳን በዳዮቹ ጋላ-ኦሮሞዎች እና አጋሮቻቸው አምስት ጊዜ ጀነሳይድ በሰሜን እና ደቡብ ኢትዮጵያውያን ላይ ፈጽመዋል። አሁንም ዝም ከተባሉ እና ተገቢውን ፍርድ ሳያገኙ እንደስከዛሬው ከተተው ለስድስተኛ ጀነሳይድ ይበረታታሉ ማለት ነው። ይህንም እያየነው ነው! ዋ! ዋ! ዋ! ይህ ደግሞ የትም ዓለም የለም።

ሰሞኑን ከናይጄሪያ ከመጡ እና ከሃምሳ ዓመታት በፊት በተለይ በዮሩባ (ቩዱ ጣዖት አምላኪዎች/ኦሉሴጉን ኦባሳንጆ) እና ሃውሳ ፉላኒ ነገዶች (የእስልምና ጣዖት አማላኪዎች)ጥምረት ጀነሳይድ የተፈጸመባቸው የቢያፍራ ኢግቦ ነገድ ተወላጆችን(ክርስቲያኖች) አነጋግሪያቸው ነበር። ባጭሩ ያሉኝ፤ “አሁን ሁለተኛ ጀነሳይድ ይፈጸምብን ዘንድ በፍጹም አንፈቅድላቸውም፤ አሁን ተደራጅተናል!” ነበር ያሉኝ።

ትክክል ናቸው! በትግራይ፣ በኤርትራ እና አማራ ያሉና ተድራጅተው ስልጣኑን ለረጅም ጊዜ የያዙት የእኛዎቹ ከሃዲዎች ግን ከጨፍጫፊያቸው ጋላ-ኦሮሞ እና ባዕዳውያን ታሪካዊ ጠላቶቻችን ጋር አብረው “ሕዝባችን” የሚሉትን ሰሜናዊ ሕዝበ ክርስቲያን በአረመኔነት ይጨፈጭፋሉ/ያስጨፈጭፋሉ፣ ያስርባሉ። እጅግ አያሳዝንምን?😢😢😢 ዋይ! ዋይ! ዋይ! 😠😠😠

🛑 Freedom of Expression and Protection of Human Rights Defenders (HRDs)

• Urgently amend and enforce laws protecting freedom of expression, association, and peaceful assembly in strict compliance with international human rights standards. This includes removing restrictive provisions within the Anti-Terrorism Proclamation and the Civil Society Organizations

(CSO) Proclamation, which have been used to suppress dissent and limit civic space.

• Take immediate and decisive action to ensure law enforcement and security forces stop the arbitrary arrests, detentions, and harassment of media professionals, human rights defenders, and civil society actors.

• Immediately restore and guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the internet across the country. End deploying internet shutdowns as a tool to control information or suppress dissent, as they constitute a violation of the public’s right to information and freedom of expression.

• Cease reprisals against human rights defenders who engage with treaty body mechanisms on human rights issues, including through transnational harassment. Accountability for Crimes under International Law.

• Investigate and prosecute violations of international law by ensuring that any alleged crimes committed by all parties to armed conflicts – including by the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) and allied forces and Tigrayan Forces – since the end of 2020 are fully investigated, prosecuted, and brought before a civilian court, without recourse to the death penalty.

• Suspend civilian officials implicated in serious abuses, including war crimes and crimes against humanity, and ensure that those responsible are prosecuted.

• Refrain from granting amnesties for serious international crimes, including gross violations of human rights and breaches of international humanitarian law.

• Align the ongoing Transitional Justice policy with Ethiopia's international legal obligations to guarantee accountability, justice, reparations, and guarantees of non-repetition.

🛑 Conflict-Related Sexual Violence

• Issue an immediate and public order to Ethiopian armed and security forces prohibiting sexual violence.

• Ensure that the Eritrean Defense Forces (EDF) publicly issue orders to soldiers in Ethiopia prohibiting conflict-related sexual violence.

• Ensure full cooperation from the EDF and other relevant Eritrean authorities with investigations into rape, sexual slavery, and other forms of sexual violence perpetrated by the EDF in Tigray.

• Ensure prompt, effective, independent, impartial, and transparent investigations into sexual violence committed by the ENDF and other forces in the context of armed conflict since 2020.

• Ensure prioritized access to sexual and reproductive health care services for survivors of conflictrelated sexual violence.

• Ensure that survivors of rape and other forms of sexual violence are included in government decision-making processes that affect them, including in the ongoing transitional justice process.

• Respond favorably and without further delay to requests for country visits by the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and the UN Special Rapporteur on the Promotion of Truth, Justice, Reparation, and Guarantees of Non Recurrence.
